We at 3 Point ARC, Inc. believe that playing sports, staying fit and working out is vital to the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. That’s why we decided to open a top-quality Athletic training program that caters to all young athletes, we meet them right where they are and grow with them forward on their journey.


3 Point ARC, Inc. is a premier youth athletic organization. Training, mentoring and coaching young student athletes. Our program welcomes young athletes ages 6-18 years old to participate in this community-planned project structured to strengthen their athletic skills, as well as their minds. 

Our mission is to provide the youth with a consistent opportunity to learn the sport and adopt the proper attitude to play the

sport.  We stress learning to play fairly and enthusiastically. Our program is conducted in a highly competitive setting that will enable youth to maximize their game potential through hard work, teambased relationships, and an undeniable thirst for excellence

Small Group Training

Small group Training gives players an opportunity to work our with their peers. Skill work such as dribbling/ball handling, finishing, shooting, passing, rebounding defense footwork and conditioning are all emphasized in a game like situations, so the player can practically apply their skills. Players are grouped according to their age and skill set:  Groups are broken into groups with similar skill sets within their age groups.  Mini Mambas groups range from 5-9 years old and middle and high school groups 10- 18 years old.

Complete Training Package

Combine 3 key elements to improving your overall basketball skill set.  We offer packages where you can enhance your basketball skill set, build on your strength and conditioning with a tailored nutrition plan.  Our four week program has the option of being in the gym for 3, 4, or 5 days a week in the gym.  Reserve a consultation to discuss which package is right for you.


Private/Individual Training

​

Private/Individual Training allows the player to have a one on one session focusing on specific skill development at heightened intensity and pace. These sessions are available for players at all levels. Individual sessions must be discussed with coaches before being confirmed.
